I liked that the hotel offered a good variety of food, especially at the themed restaurants. tspuka restaurant was lovely. I found the staff friendly and the food tasty, and it was right on the beach!
The service at this hotel was not always ideal. Sometimes it felt quite slow? tables were not cleared promptly and plates piled up.

the staff saved a big table for our group of 23 so we could all sit together. mary, mohammed, and zoe was amazing, they was attentive and helpful. my son uses a wheelchair, and they made way for him and talked to him. the restaurant staff did plenty for us and the food was delicious. the bar staff were generally helpful, and accessibility is good. i would come back again.

the food was acceptable at the buffet. it had plenty options for all including vegans and vegetarians. i didn't starve at least.
single use plastic really annoyed me. drinks often arrived in single use paper coffee cups that said they contained plastic. there was nowhere to fill up water bottles so i had to go to the bars for water bottles. it just created a lot of unnecessary waste.

I really liked the varied food options available all day. buffet and food huts provided great choice. room 1121 was spacious for my family. The juice guy kept the fridge stocked. cleaner came every day. This was a welcome service.
